Supply Chain Transparency

We are committed to conducting business in a legal, ethical and responsible manner. We expect our suppliers to respect and adhere to the same philosophy in conducting their business.

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB-657) requires retailers and manufacturers doing business in California to disclose their efforts to eliminate slavery and human trafficking in their direct supply chains. To meet the requirements of the Act, we disclose the following:

We share and expect our direct product suppliers to comply with and enforce our Supplier Code of Conduct, which addresses supplier working conditions and specifically prohibits the use of involuntary or forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and harassment and abuse.

We have communicated and will continue to communicate the requirements of our Supplier Code of Conduct to its direct suppliers to ensure that the materials included in our products comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking.

At this time, we have not audited our suppliers in this regard. However, we will consider taking steps such as audits or third-party verification for any supplier we determine to be at significant risk of violating our Supplier Code of Conduct. If we suspect a supplier has engaged in these activities, we will investigate. If we discover potential human rights violations, we will immediately address the issue with the supplier and set expectations for resolving the situation. If non-compliance issues are not promptly addressed, we will re-evaluate our business relationship with the supplier up to and including termination.

We have established internal accountability standards and procedures for employees and contractors who do not meet our standards, including but not limited to prohibiting slavery and trafficking.

We provide training to ensure that employees with direct responsibility for product supply chain management understand and are aware of supply chain-related issues and concerns, including mitigating the risk of human trafficking and slavery.
